- Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency's customer base.

- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue growth through recent business development, upselling, and cross-selling.

- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements :

- 5-9 years of experience in insurance industry or related field.

- Proven track record in agency management or sales leadership roles.

- Strong understanding of life insurance products and services offered by various companies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
