The role involves monitoring agency performance, resolving escalations, improving recovery efficiency, and maintaining solid relationships with agency partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Appoint, onboard, and manage third-party collection agencies.
- Allocate delinquent accounts to agencies based on business strategy.
- Monitor agency performance against collection and recovery targets.
- Review collection efficiency across various DPD buckets (Early, Soft, Hard, NPA).
- Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, Fair Practices Code (FPC), and internal compliance policies.
