We are seeking an experienced Agency Manager for our Life Insurance division in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of agents, developing sales strategies, and driving the growth of the agency. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in sales and team management.

Responsibilities

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of agents and provide coaching and support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs.




- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.

Skills and Qualifications

- 2-10 years of experience in sales or agency management, preferably in the life insurance sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to analyze data and create reports to track performance.
- Robust negotiation and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of life insurance products and industry regulations.
