Role Description The Affiliate Manager / Community Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Aurangabad. This position is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing affiliate partners, nurturing long-term relationships, and monitoring affiliate performance. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to create promotional campaigns, tracking metrics, and optimizing strategies to increase engagement and conversions.

On a day-to-day basis, the manager will interact with the intern community, respond to inquiries, organize events or online sessions, and foster a positive, inclusive environment.



The role also includes preparing regular reports, gathering feedback, and recommending improvements to strengthen both affiliate programs and community initiatives.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Affiliate Management and Account Management to build and maintain productive partner relationships.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage affiliates, interns, and internal stakeholders effectively.

Candidates should possess Sales and Online Marketing skills to drive program growth, promote offerings, and meet performance targets.

Candidates should have strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple partnerships and community activities.

Relevant experience in community management, business development, or partner relations is highly beneficial.

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

Comfort working on-site in Aurangabad and collaborating with diverse groups of interns and partners.
