We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Developer/Consultant with 4-8 years of experience in implementing and managing customer data solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), data ingestion, segmentation, identity management, and activation use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Configure and manage Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP).
- Build and maintain customer profiles, audiences, and segmentation strategies.
- Integrate data from multiple sources into AEP using batch and streaming ingestion.
- Implement Identity Service, Profile Service, and Data Governance policies.
- Configure schemas, datasets, namespaces, and data pipelines.
- Work closely with marketing, analytics, and business teams to deliver personalized customer experiences.
- Develop audience activation strategies across marketing channels.
- Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot data quality issues.
- Support deployment, testing, and optimization of customer experience solutions.
Required Skills
- 4-8 years of IT experience with relevant experience in Adobe Experience Platform.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Audience Segmentation
- Data Ingestion (Batch & Streaming)
- Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations.
- Experience working with SQL, JSON, and data transformation concepts.
- Understanding of customer data platforms (CDP) and digital marketing ecosystems.
- Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills.
