Advocate -1 Male

We are looking for a Legal Advisor who can handle all our legal requirements and procedures. Candidate must have 7to 8 years of Real Estate experience.

- Candidate should have excellent command over English.
- Should have the right skills and intuitive knowledge to operate contemporary devices effectively.
- Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
- Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Developing company policy and position on legal issues, structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents.




- To coordinate with advocate in court matter & proceedings • To prepare all kind of deeds & documents/agreement and h have knowledge of all RERA matters & compliances from the registration of project to its quarterly updating.
- Should have knowledge of Redevelopment of society, MBMC compliance, Society formation.

- Ability to analyse & examine legal implications of various legal issues related to new projects & advising various internal stakeholders and management on it. • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the legal department for management meetings. • Responsible for litigation, legal notices, keep records of all licenses & compliances and all litigation matters.
