We are seeking an Advanced Excel Data Entry Operator for our foundry industry operations The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering updating and analyzing data primarily using advanced Excel functions The role involves working with large data sets preparing reports and ensuring data integrity in a fast-paced industrial environment Key Responsibilities Perform accurate and efficient data entry into Excel and other software systems Utilize advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP INDEX-MATCH PivotTables macros and formulas for data manipulation and analysis Maintain and update production inventory and quality control data related to foundry operations Generate detailed reports on production metrics material usage inventory levels and performance Prepare and format data for presentation to management or other stakeholders Assist in streamlining data processes to improve accuracy and reduce processing time Ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems Assist with inventory tracking and reconciliation in collaboration with the warehouse and procurement teams Handle large volumes of data while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Skills Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Advanced level Formulas VLOOKUP Pivot Tables Data Analysis tools Macros Basic understanding of the foundry industry and related processes preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workloads effectively Valuable communication skills and team collaboration Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving skills and initiative to improve processes Education Experience Education Any Graduate or Diploma Experience Freshers- 1 year Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 14 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
