Role Description The Admission Counselor (Edtech Sales) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves guiding prospective learners through the admission process for education and edtech programs, including explaining course offerings, fee structures, and career outcomes.

The Admission

Counselor will handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, follow up with leads, and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM or database. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, providing explicit and ethical guidance, supporting learners in documentation and enrollment, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The role also includes meeting sales and admission targets, participating in promotional activities, and contributing to continuous improvement of admission processes and outreach strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to effectively engage with prospective learners and stakeholders.




- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to provide helpful, respectful, and solution-oriented support throughout the admission journey.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert inquiries into enrollments, manage pipelines, and achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Education-related understanding to explain programs clearly, align offerings with learner goals, and maintain ethical counseling practices.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in edtech or education counseling, familiarity with CRM tools, ability to work with targets, and proficiency in English and Hindi.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

- 3 months to 3yrs of experience only.
- English and Hindi Mandatory.
