Guide students towards the right academic & certification paths (Research, Internships, USMLE, Cambridge, etc.)

Handle leads, build trust, and drive enrollments

Conduct impactful counselling sessions (English + Hindi)

Create structured study plans & follow-ups

Stay connected with students and ensure engagement & success

Manage leads, pipelines & updates on CRM ? What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in Academic Counselling / Customer support / EdTech Sales / Inside Sales / CRM

Strong English communication + persuasion skills

Ability to connect, understand & convert

Target-driven, energetic, and fast learner
