- Proven experience in inside sales or admission counselling (B2C)
- Robust track record of meeting sales targets
- Experience selling to working professionals
- Skilled in CRM and sales pipeline management
- Excellent communication in both English and Hindi (mandatory)
- Confident presentation and negotiation skills
- Willing to work 6 days a week
