Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively counseling students on DigitalMarketing & Data Science courses.
Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure conversions.
Maintain a strong understanding of course offerings, career benefits, and industrytrends.
Provide accurate information and resolve student queries regarding course structure,fees, duration, and placement assistance.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to optimize outreach strategies.
Maintain records of all interactions and follow-ups in CRM tools.Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, admissions, or counseling (education sectorpreferred).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/admission targets.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced and target-driven environment.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with high-volume calling and follow-ups.
