Key Responsibilities - Counsel prospective students regarding Online UG & PG degree programs.

- Understand students' educational background and career aspirations to recommend suitable programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up with leads generated through various sources.
- Convert inquiries into successful admissions while achieving monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM regularly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Provide prompt responses to student queries and deliver excellent customer service.





Required Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong counselling, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented with a passion for sales and student counselling.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment with a positive attitude.

Experience - Minimum 1 year of experience in Admission Counselling, Education Counselling, EdTech Sales, or a related field.

- Freshers are not eligible to apply. Qualification - Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (UG/PG).

Salary - ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable based on the candidate's last drawn salary and relevant experience).
