- Convert leads into enrollments through effective counseling.
- Guide students throughout the admission process.
- Maintain CRM records and follow-ups.
- Achieve admission and revenue targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and counseling skills.
- Experience in EdTech Sales or Academic Counseling.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
