The role focuses on converting qualified leads into successful enrollments through consultative engagement, effective team leadership, and data-driven performance management. The role focuses on converting qualified leads into successful enrollments through consultative engagement, effective team leadership, and data-driven performance management. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.





- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in admission counselling, preferably within EdTech or higher education companies.
- Having experience of promoting/selling Online Degree programs will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a sales team.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Meritto, LSQ, Extraedge, Salesforce, or similar), MS Office suite & Omni Channel Dialers.
- Analytical mindset with comfort in working with data and metrics.
- Adaptable to work extended hours or weekends as per business needs.
