Position -School Admission Counsellor

Job Summary The School Admission Counsellor is responsible for managing the student admission process, guiding prospective parents and students, promoting the school's programs, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience. The role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills to achieve admission targets while maintaining a positive image of the school.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective parents and students regarding the school's curriculum, facilities, admission process, and fee structure.

Handle admission inquiries through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.

Conduct campus tours and explain the school's values, academic programs, and extracurricular activities.

Follow up with prospective families to convert inquiries into admissions.

Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions using CRM or admission management systems.

Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure a seamless admission process.

Organize and participate in admission events, open houses, education fairs, and promotional activities.

Prepare admission reports and track enrollment targets.





Address parent queries and resolve concerns professionally.

Ensure all admission documentation is complete and complies with school policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).

13 years of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, customer relationship management, or a similar role (school experience preferred).

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/admission management software.
