Role Overview The Agency Engagement Manager will be responsible for deepening and scaling Paytm’s partnerships with leading media agencies across the South/West/North market. This role focuses on building strong relationships with key agency stakeholders, driving adoption of Paytm Ads solutions, and enabling agencies to deliver stronger outcomes for their clients through meaningful collaboration and integration.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner to media agencies, helping them leverage Paytm Ads to grow their clients’ businesses.

Build and manage relationships across all agency levels, from CXOs to planning and execution teams.

Drive Paytm’s agency go-to-market strategy with a focus on sustainable, long-term revenue growth.

Co-create programs and initiatives that strengthen the agency value proposition and improve client outcomes.

Assess the agency landscape and own engagement planning aligned to growth objectives.

Evangelize Paytm Ads products, solutions, and recent technologies to agency stakeholders.





Own and execute agency training and education programs.

Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach to agency growth.

Act as the voice of the agency, providing inputs to product development and marketing roadmaps.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements

Experience in Agency / Advertising / Sales / Marketing roles

Strong experience managing internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Requirements

Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to build relationships with senior agency decision-makers

Experience working within complex, cross-functional organizations

Established network within media agencies and senior clients

Demonstrated track record of driving growth and delivering results
