Role
- Lead the Corporate Innovation Acceleration Cell (IAC) to build a structured innovation engine.
- Drive end-to-end innovation lifecycle from scouting to commercialization.
- Act as central integration leader across RD, Pilot, Design, Manufacturing.
- Reduce time-to-commercialization and improve decision-making velocity.
- Establish global technology intelligence capability.
- Drive transformational innovation and technology leadership.
- Lead strategic innovation themes (flow chemistry, continuous manufacturing, green solvents, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Technology Scouting: Identify emerging technologies from internal and external sources.
- Technology Evaluation: Benchmark and compare alternative technology options.
