Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Actimize Developer with a strong background in Sanctions Screening and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on Actimize development experience, with expertise in configuring, customizing, and supporting Actimize applications for sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and compliance initiatives.

The candidate should also possess robust Java, SQL, and Unix/Linux skills and have experience working with financial institutions in regulatory compliance projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, customize, and support NICE Actimize solutions for Sanctions Screening, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Transaction Monitoring, and Financial Crime Compliance.
- Configure and enhance Actimize workflows, rules, alerts, and case management modules based on business and regulatory requirements.
- Develop custom components using Java,



write optimized SQL queries for data extraction and validation, and perform Unix/Linux shell scripting for deployment and operational support.
- Integrate Actimize with upstream and downstream banking systems through APIs, batch processes, and messaging frameworks.
- Analyze business requirements, prepare technical design documents, perform impact analysis, support production issues, and troubleshoot application defects.
- Participate in unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), production deployments, and post-production support.
- Collaborate with Compliance, AML Operations, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Infrastructure teams to ensure timely delivery of regulatory and compliance initiatives while adhering to secure coding standards and SDLC best practices.
