Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Executive to manage customer accounts, monitor outstanding payments, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring timely collections and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Maintain customer ledgers and perform regular ledger reconciliations.
- Generate and monitor outstanding reports and follow up with customers for pending payments.
- Record and reconcile financial transactions using Tally and Zoho Books.
- Prepare MIS and accounts receivable reports as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments and customers to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Tally and Zoho Books.




- Solid knowledge of Ledger Management and Outstanding Report preparation.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Valuable communication, analytical, and follow-up skills.

Eligibility

- Experience: 1–5 years in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting role.
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Gender: Male/Female
