- Accounts Payable Associate Location De Mandarin Hotel Resorts Candolim Goa Department Finance Accounts Position Accounts Payable Associate Employment Type Full time About Us De Mandarin Hotel Resorts in Candolim Goa is a premium hospitality destination known for exceptional service and guest satisfaction We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join our Finance team and ensure smooth vendor payment and procurement-related financial operations Key Responsibilities Review verify and process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner Match invoices with purchase orders GRNs and resolve discrepancies with the Stores and Purchasing departments Prepare payment vouchers and process weekly monthly vendor payments Maintain updated vendor records and ensure proper documentation Reconcile vendor statements and address outstanding issues Monitor advance payments and ensure timely adjustments Coordinate with departments to obtain approvals for bills and resolve pending queries Assist in month-end closing activities including accruals and expense analysis Ensure compliance with hotel accounting procedures policies and statutory requirements Support the Finance Manager during audits by providing required documents and reconciliations Qualifications Requirements Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting Finance or related field 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable preferably in the hospitality industry Strong understanding of accounting principles and vendor management Proficiency in MS Excel and hotel PMS accounting software e g IDS Opera or similar Excellent communication and coordination skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple tasks What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits Opportunities for learning and professional development A positive team-oriented work environment Experience working with a reputed hotel brand in Goa Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
