; : Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliations. Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closures. Prepare accurate financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, ROC filings, and other regulatory compliances. Coordinate and manage internal, statutory, tax, and external audits. Manage vendor payment processing and ensure timely payments with proper approvals and reconciliations.

Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for finance and accounting processes. Develop, implement, and monitor accounting policies, internal controls, and financial processes. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities.

Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with senior management and business teams to support strategic financial decisions.

Ensure timely reporting to management with actionable financial insights. Handle financial analysis, variance reporting, and cost optimization initiatives.
