Job Summary

Ferracore Control is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Head to lead and manage the company's finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, budgeting, and team management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient cash flow management while supporting the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Accounts & Finance department.
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory regulations.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, tax consultants, and government authorities.
- Monitor project costing, inventory accounting, and expense control.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, Income Tax, and other statutory filings.
- Develop and implement financial controls, accounting policies, and SOPs.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounts team.




- Support management in financial decision-making and business planning.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, CA (Inter), CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
- 8–10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliance, and statutory audits.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in the electrical manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sector.
- Knowledge of project accounting and inventory management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per hour
