About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Accounts Head to lead strategic client relationships, drive business growth, and manage a team of account managers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, and delivering exceptional service while achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.

- Develop account plans to achieve revenue growth and client retention.

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products or services.

- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions.

- Collaborate with sales, operations, marketing, and product teams to deliver client solutions.

- Monitor account performance and ensure timely resolution of client issues.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Account Managers.

- Track KPIs, prepare business reviews,



and present insights to senior management.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 6–12 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, Key Account Management, or Business Development.

- Proven experience managing enterprise or strategic client accounts.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
