Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce accounting and payment gateway reconciliation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing payment gateway settlements, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly payment gateway reconciliation (Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, Stripe, CCAvenue, etc.).
- Reconcile payment gateway settlements with bank credits and ERP/accounting records.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to settlements, refunds, chargebacks, and failed transactions.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely closure of outstanding items.
- Process vendor invoices and customer payments accurately.
- Prepare GST-related data and support statutory compliance.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Generate MIS reports and reconciliation reports for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams, payment gateway partners, and banks to resolve reconciliation issues.




- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Payment Gateway Reconciliation.
- Experience with settlement reconciliation, refunds, chargebacks, and payment discrepancies.
- Valuable understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
- Experience working with Zoho will be added advantage
- Knowledge of GST and basic accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or CMA Inter will be an added advantage.
