– Vendor Reconciliation ExecutiveJob PurposeDrive accurate and timely vendor account reconciliations to ensure seamless payment processing, strengthen financial controls, and maintain healthy vendor relationships. The role partners with Procurement, Operations, Warehousing, Taxation, Treasury, and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies and support efficient Accounts Payable operations in a high-volume business setting. Key ResponsibilitiesReconcile vendor ledgers with supplier statements on a periodic basis.

Investigate and resolve invoice, payment, pricing, quantity, and credit/debit note discrepancies. Validate invoices against Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN). Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely closure of reconciliation issues.

Maintain reconciliation trackers, ageing reports, and vendor balance confirmations. Support month-end closing activities and ensure compliance with internal controls, GST, and TDS requirements.



Drive continuous process improvements to enhance reconciliation efficiency and accuracy.

Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. 2–5 years of experience in Vendor Reconciliation or Accounts Payable. Strong knowledge of AP processes, accounting principles, GST, and TDS. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, Tally, etc.).

Advanced Microsoft

Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, IF functions). Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
