About the Role

We are Urgently looking for Accounts Executive - Finance Location based at Gurgaon Sector 32.

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Financial Reporting

· Preparation and maintenance of books of accounts.

· Ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.

· Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

· Preparation of MIS reports and management summaries for internal review.

· Monitoring financial data and highlighting variances or discrepancies.

Financial Analysis & Reconciliations

· Preparation and maintenance of the Provision Tracker on a weekly basis.

· Ledger scrutiny and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records.

· Vendor and account reconciliations.

· Assisting in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Accounting & Finance Operations

· Passing accounting entries and ledger booking in Tally.

· Verification and processing of vendor invoices along with supporting documents.

· Maintaining finance records, invoices, vouchers, and related documentation.





· Supporting audit and finance-related reporting requirements.

· Assisting in statutory compliance activities.

Required Skills & Competencies

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Hands-on experience in Tally.

· Bookkeeping and accounting fundamentals.

· Vendor invoice verification and processing.

· Account and vendor reconciliations.

· Basic knowledge of GST and TDS compliance, including invoice verification, reconciliations, and statutory filings.

· Solid attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Candidate Profile

· Experience in handling day-to-day accounting and finance activities.

· Experience in reconciliations and MIS reporting.

· Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
