Job Overview:
We are looking for a Staff Accountant / Accounts Executive to support day-to-day finance operations, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable support, payment processing, and other accounting activities. The role requires robust Microsoft Excel skills, effective communication, and the ability to work in UK-centric business hours. Candidates with experience in bank reconciliations, accounts payable, payment processing, and exposure to UK or international accounting operations will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly bank entries and perform monthly bank reconciliations for UK entities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Accounts Payable (AP) payment-related queries.
- Coordinate weekly payment proposals and process payments through online banking platforms.
- Prepare export collection requests using online banking systems.
- Support day-to-day finance operations and other ad hoc accounting activities as required.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in UK-centric business hours.
Preferred Profile: Candidates with experience in bank reconciliations, accounts payable (AP), payment processing, and exposure to UK or international accounting operations will be preferred.
