Position: Accounts cum Store

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Store Cum Accountant to manage plant store operations and day-to-day accounting activities at our Dolomite Crushing Plant in Chandrapur. The candidate should have experience in inventory management, accounting, and Tally software, preferably in a manufacturing, mining, or crushing plant setting.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations

Manage receipt, storage, and issue of spares, consumables, diesel, lubricants, and other materials.

Maintain stock registers, GRNs, material issue slips, and inventory records.

Conduct regular physical stock verification and stock reconciliation.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchase department for timely procurement.

Ensure proper documentation and housekeeping of the plant store.

Accounts

Record daily accounting transactions in Tally Prime.

Maintain Purchase, Sales, Cash, Bank,



and Journal vouchers.

Handle petty cash and bank reconciliation.

Verify vendor invoices and maintain proper accounting records.

Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory documentation.

Prepare monthly MIS and inventory reports for management.

Candidate Profile

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

Experience: 4–8 years in Store & Accounts, preferably in a Mining, Crushing Plant, Cement, or Manufacturing industry.

Hands-on experience with Tally Prime is mandatory.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
