Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and client coordination activities. This role is ideal for candidates who want exposure to both finance and business operations in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Bookkeeping: •Pass daily entries in Tally / Zoho Books (sales, purchase, receipts, payments) •Maintain accurate books of accounts and ledgers •Perform bank and ledger reconciliations Billing & Documentation: •Generate Invoices, Proforma Invoices, Challans, E-way Bills. •Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records •Assist in GST data preparation (filing handled by CA) Expense Tracking: •Maintain project-wise expense tracking in Excel.



•Prepare basic MIS reports and summaries for management. •Track receivables and outstanding payments.

Client

Coordination & Operations Support: •Follow up with customers for payments. •Handle basic client communication related to invoices and accounts. •Share statements and payment reminders professionally. •Coordinate with internal teams and vendors.

Requirements: •B. Com/BBA/Commerce Graduate (preferred) •0–2 years of experience (Freshers with strong basics can apply) •Working knowledge of: Tally / Zoho Books •MS Excel (important) •Basic understanding of GST & accounting concepts •Good communication skills (Hindi English) Preferred Traits: •Organized and detail-oriented •Good communication & polite personality (important for client interaction) •Willingness to learn and grow in a startup •Friendly & safe work environment. •Exposure to real business operations. •Growth into senior finance / operations roles. •Work directly with founder.
