About This Role FinCore India is offering an Accounts Apprentice opportunity for commerce graduates and 12th pass candidates with basic Tally knowledge in Chennai. This apprenticeship gives you structured, on-the-job training in day-to-day accounting, GST filing, billing, and financial reporting under the mentorship of experienced Chartered Accountants. It is an ideal launchpad for freshers who want to build a strong foundation in practical accounting before advancing to executive roles.

Key Responsibilities Assist in the recording of daily accounting transactions sales, purchases, payments, and receipts in Tally ERP Support the preparation and filing of monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) under supervision of the senior accountant Prepare and issue sales invoices, purchase orders, and credit/debit notes for clients and vendors Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS) by matching ledger entries against bank statements Maintain petty cash records, vouchers, and expense reports for the accounts department Assist in month-end closing procedures including ledger scrutiny, trial balance preparation, and error rectification File documents and maintain organised records for audit and compliance purposes Required Skills and Qualifications B.Com, M.Com,
