Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts &

- Bookkeeping

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and books of accounts.

- Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries accurately.

- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts regularly.

- Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Accounts Payable &

- Receivable

- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.

- Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up for collections.

- Prepare payment schedules and maintain payment records.

GST &

- Tax Compliance

- Prepare and file GST returns on time.

- Reconcile GST input and output tax credits.

- Assist in TDS calculations, deductions, and return filings.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations.

Payroll Management

- Process employee salaries, overtime, incentives, and deductions.

- Maintain attendance and payroll records.

- Coordinate with HR regarding employee advantages and statutory compliance.

Inventory &

- Costing

- Monitor fabric, trims, accessories, and finished goods inventory records.

- Reconcile stock records with physical inventory.

- Assist in garment costing and cost analysis.

- Track production-related expenses and material consumption.

Financial Reporting

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Generate MIS reports for management review.





- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

- Support internal and external audits.

Documentation &

- Compliance

- Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, purchase orders, and financial documents.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities when required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Knowledge of Tally ERP, Busy, SAP, or other accounting software.

- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and financial regulations.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.

Preferred Experience

- 2–5 years of accounting experience in a garment, textile, or manufacturing industry.

- Knowledge of garment costing, inventory management, and production accounting.
