Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Intern to support our Finance team with day-to-day accounting operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping, GST documentation, invoicing, and financial record management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Assist in bank reconciliation and account verification.
Support GST documentation and compliance activities.
Record receipts, payments, and journal entries in accounting software.
Assist in preparing financial reports and MIS.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for accounting-related matters.
Perform data entry with high accuracy.
Support the Accounts team with other administrative and finance-related tasks.
Required Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), MBA (Finance), or equivalent.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Knowledge of MS Excel and Tally ERP/Tally Prime is preferred.
Positive numerical and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of GST and taxation.
Familiarity with bookkeeping practices.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
