Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Taxation (Core)

Daily Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, vouchers, and daily transactions using Tally software. Tax Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Indian taxation rules, including GST filing, TDS deductions, and income tax compliances.

Invoicing & Cash Flow: Manage accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, and client billing.

Audit Support: Prepare financial statements and coordinate with external auditors or CA firms for timely audits.

1. Office Administration & Operations

Facility Management: Oversee the daily upkeep, cleanliness, and overall maintenance of the office property. Staff Supervision: Manage and monitor the performance of maintenance and housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of hygiene and order.

Inventory & Supplies: Monitor and procure office supplies (stationery, pantry items, utilities) to ensure zero interruption to daily operations.

Vendor Coordination:



Act as the primary point of contact for office vendors, building management, and AMC providers.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: B.Com/M.Com or a related financial field.

Software Skills: Hands-on experience and absolute proficiency in Tally is mandatory.

Taxation Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS, etc.).

Experience: Prior experience working with an *auditing or accounting firm is a huge plus.

Soft Skills: Excellent multitasking abilities, solid organizational skills, and a proactive "ownership" mindset.
