As we continue to expand across D2C, marketplaces, quick commerce, and offline retail, we're looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to support our day-to-day finance and accounting operations. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain books of accounts using Tally Prime.

Record daily sales, purchase, expense, and payment entries. Prepare and maintain invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and purchase orders. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Perform daily bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance by coordinating with the company's Chartered Accountant. Process vendor payments and maintain payment schedules. Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.

Reconcile inventory with warehouse and sales records. Assist in monthly closing and preparation of basic MIS reports. Follow up with customers and vendors regarding outstanding payments. Maintain petty cash records and employee reimbursement claims.





Support internal audits and statutory audits by providing required documentation. Ensure all financial records are accurate and updated.

Required

QualificationsB.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce/Finance. 1–3 years of accounting experience. Good knowledge of Tally Prime. Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, sorting, and basic reports). Good numerical aptitude and attention to detail. Strong organisational and communication skills.

Preferred

SkillsExperience in an FMCG, D2C, or e-commerce company is an advantage. Familiarity with inventory accounting. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Honest, reliable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
