Accounts Executive / Accountant Location: Pune, Maharashtra Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on Experience) Employment Type: Full Time Job Summary Team ASK Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Accounts Executive / Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST compliance, invoicing, payment follow-ups, bank reconciliation, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting software and taxation.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting records.
Prepare Tax
Invoices, Proforma Invoices, Purchase Orders, and Payment Vouchers.
Manage Accounts
Receivable &
- Accounts Payable. Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
Perform Bank
Reconciliation and maintain cash flow records. Prepare GST returns and ensure statutory compliance. Maintain vendor and customer ledgers. Coordinate with auditors and CA for financial documentation. Prepare MIS reports and monthly financial statements.
Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
