– AccountantPosition: AccountantKey Responsibilities 1. Accounting & Finance Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in ERP/Tally. Prepare and verify vouchers, invoices, payment entries, and journal entries. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and petty cash. Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts. 2.

Compliance

Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, Skilled Tax, and other statutory requirements. Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and government authorities during audits and assessments. Maintain proper accounting records and statutory documentation. 3.

Report Management

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Generate financial reports including P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Receivables, Payables, and expense analysis.



Monitor budget utilization and highlight financial variances to management.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for management review. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent. M.Com/CA Inter is preferred. 2–5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Key CompetenciesAccuracy and attention to detail. Knowledge of accounting standards and statutory compliance.

Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities. High integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
