Role Description This is a full time, on-site Accountant role based in Ranchi. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, including recording journal entries, maintaining ledgers, reconciling bank statements, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable.

The role involves preparing financial reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations. The Accountant will support internal audits, monitor cost structures related to manufacturing and inventory, and provide financial insights to management for decision-making.



Collaboration with operations and procurement teams is expected to ensure accurate tracking of expenses and overall financial integrity.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Understanding of tax laws, compliance requirements, and audit processes.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site in Ranchi.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
