About the Role

NanoQuinn is looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Accountant Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about financial accuracy, compliance, and supporting strategic business operations.



You will work closely with the finance team and leadership to ensure smooth accounting processes and contribute to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day‑to‑day accounting operations including bookkeeping and reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and documentation
- Assist with taxation, audits, and statutory compliance
- Support payroll, vendor payments, and expense management
- Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and ensure compliance with company policies

What We’re Looking For ✨ Skills & Attributes:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–4 years of accounting experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software
- Smart, dynamic personality with excellent communication and organizational skills
