Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, taxation, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with Tally, GST, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS).
- Maintain cash book, ledgers, and accounting records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com (Mandatory)





Experience

- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in Government Departments, NGOs, Corporate Organizations, or Project-Based Accounting will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Bookkeeping, and Accounting Principles.
- Good command of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with experience in government-funded projects or non-profit organizations will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accurate financial records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
