Avimed Pharma is an importer and distributor of animal feed additives and veterinary vaccines, serving poultry and livestock producers across North India. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to own our day-to-day accounting and compliance. What you’ll do

Maintain books in Tally Prime — sales, purchases, journal entries, bank reconciliation

Handle GST compliance: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, 2B reconciliation, e-invoicing and e-way bills

Manage TDS/TCS deduction, deposit and quarterly returns

Process import documentation and accounting — Bills of Entry, customs duty and IGST credit, freight and clearing charges, landed cost workings

Coordinate foreign remittances with the bank, including Form 15CA/15CB

Track batch-wise stock with expiry dates and reconcile physical stock with books

Manage receivables and payables — dealer ledgers, ageing reports,



follow-up on outstanding

Assist with statutory audit, income tax filings and MIS reports for management What we’re looking for

: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter with [3–5] years of accounting experience

Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime and Excel

Hands-on GST and TDS experience (mandatory)

Exposure to import accounting or pharma/agri distribution is a solid plus

Accurate, organised, and comfortable working directly with the promoter Details Location: Panchkula, HSIIDC Barwala,Haryana (on-site)
