We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant with 1–2 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations, GST & TDS compliance, bank reconciliation, payroll processing, and maintaining financial records. The candidate should be proficient in accounting software and possess solid analytical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately.
- Process and reconcile invoices, payments, receipts, and other accounting documents.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Assist in GST and TDS calculations, return filing, and statutory compliance.
- Process employee payroll and maintain payroll records.
- Prepare journal entries, vouchers, and ledger postings.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and MIS.
- Verify financial data for accuracy and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and auditors whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime. Knowledge of SAP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Oracle will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Honest, disciplined, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
