Role Overview This is a full-time, in office role for an Account Manager at Blow Media (The Marketing MAFIA) in Gurugram. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our D2C brand partners, ensuring seamless communication between our internal performance teams and our clients. You are the heartbeat of our client relationships, responsible for translating complex data into clear, strategic updates and ensuring client expectations are met with precision.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication: Act as the face of the agency, leading goal setting calls, reporting, and day-to-day updates.

Strategic Bridge: Translate campaign performance metrics from our media buying team into actionable business insights for the client.

Account Planning: Proactively suggest upcoming strategies, promotional calendars, and creative directions based on performance trends.

Expectation Management: Maintain clear communication regarding project timelines, deliverables, and campaign outcomes.

Feedback Loop: Collect client feedback and requirements,



ensuring they are accurately implemented by the creative and technical teams.

Performance Monitoring: Stay closely aligned with the account’s ROAS, CPA, and AOV to identify growth opportunities or potential concerns before the client does.

Qualifications

Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles, preferably within a D2C/e-commerce agency environment.

Intermediate understanding of performance marketing metrics (you don't need to be the media buyer, but you must speak the language).

Exceptional communication skills; ability to simplify technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.

Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Ability to maintain a professional, "business-as-usual" composure under pressure.

Salary Range

Base: ₹3,50,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum.

Variable Pay (Performance-Based): Up to ₹50,000 – ₹1,50,000 per annum.
