We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to join our team. Experience Required:

- 3 years of relevant accounting experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.

- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare and file GST and TDS returns within the prescribed timelines.
- Handle GST reconciliations and ensure compliance with all statutory regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities during audits and assessments.
- Process vendor payments and maintain vendor/customer ledgers.
- Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliations.
- Maintain payroll records and support salary processing (if required).




- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field. M.Com or relevant certifications will be an added advantage.

- 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting.
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally, Busy, or similar accounting software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
