About the Role

Qualis1 Inc. is looking for an experienced Account Manager (US Staffing) with a strong background in managing direct client accounts, specifically TCS and Infosys. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling Core W2, C2C, and Full-Time (FTE) requirements through the MSP/VMS hiring model.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support TCS and Infosys direct client accounts.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for W2, C2C, and Full-Time (FTE) positions.
- Work on requirements received through MSP/VMS platforms.
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely submissions and closures.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Ensure compliance with client SLAs and recruitment processes.

Required Skills




- Mandatory experience managing TCS and/or Infosys as direct clients.
- Strong hands-on experience with Core W2, C2C, and Full time hiring.
- Proven experience working in the MSP/VMS recruitment model.
- Hands-on experience with VMS tools such as Beeline, Fieldglass, or similar platforms.
- Excellent client management, stakeholder communication, and team coordination skills.
- Strong understanding of the US staffing lifecycle and employment terms.
