Job Location- Coimbatore ( only coimbatore location candidates can apply no relocation )

Job Role- Account payable

Designation - SPE/ SME / TL / TM

Experience - 2 to 15 years

SPE - 2 to 4 Years (4.5 LPA )

SME - 4 to 8 Years (6 LPA )

TL - 8 to 10 Years (8 LPA ) (TL - ON PAPER )

TM - 10 to 15 Years (12 LPA) ( Manager - ON PAPER )

Work mode Work from office

Skills & Experience Required

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable (AP) professional with 2 to 14 years of experience in invoice processing, vendor management, payment processing, and account reconciliation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of AP processes, ERP systems, and excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities

- Process vendor invoices accurately and on time.




- Perform PO & Non-PO invoice processing (2-way/3-way matching).
- Handle vendor reconciliations and resolve invoice/payment queries.
- Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
- Support month-end closing and AP reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SLAs.
- Work on ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.

Qualification- Commerce graduates and post graduates Excellent Communication (Verbal & Written) Adaptable In shift - US shift

Notice period- Immediate
