Role Description The Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their business objectives, and translating them into clear briefs for internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with creative, content, performance marketing, and production teams, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.

The Account

Manager will monitor campaign performance, prepare reports,



and proactively suggest improvements and new opportunities for client growth. This role also involves participating in strategy discussions, managing budgets, resolving issues, and maintaining a smooth flow of communication between clients and the agency.

Qualifications

Client and project management skills, including relationship-building, expectation setting, and coordination across multiple teams.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain digital marketing concepts clearly and professionally.

Understanding of digital marketing domains such as SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and creative campaigns.

Analytical skills to interpret performance data, prepare reports, and support data-informed recommendations.

Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, meet deadlines, and manage budgets effectively.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Prior experience in an agency or client-facing role within marketing or advertising is preferred.

Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with a collaborative mindset and a focus on delivering measurable results.
