Role Description The Account Manager is a full time remote role responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving repeat business for Cube Construction Engineering Ltd. On a day-to-day basis, the Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, coordinate project updates, and respond to inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. The role includes preparing proposals and quotations, tracking contract performance, monitoring billing and collections, and collaborating with internal project and engineering teams to align services with client expectations.

The Account

Manager will also identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling,



maintain accurate records in CRM or account management tools, and support reporting on account health and revenue. Regular virtual meetings and occasional travel to client sites may be required, depending on project needs.

Qualifications

Demonstrated client relationship management skills, including account oversight, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.

Experience with project coordination or support in construction, engineering, or a related technical field.

Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with clarity in written and verbal interactions across remote channels.

Proficiency with CRM systems, office productivity tools, and basic data analysis for account performance tracking.

Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines in a remote setting.

Understanding of contracts, proposals, and commercial terms, preferably within the construction or infrastructure sector.

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction management, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
