Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Belāpur.

The Account

Manager will oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

Responsibilities include managing daily client communication, handling inquiries, coordinating with internal operations and logistics teams, and resolving issues promptly. The role involves monitoring shipments, tracking performance against service-level expectations, preparing account reports, and identifying opportunities to improve service and expand business.

The Account

Manager will also support pricing discussions, assist with contract renewals,



and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including explicit written and verbal communication and effective coordination with internal teams.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in data analysis and reporting, using spreadsheets or CRM tools to monitor account performance.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of logistics, supply chain, or freight operations; prior experience in a logistics or transportation company is an advantage.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions.
- Educational background in Business, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field; equivalent experience in account management will also be considered.
- Comfort working on-site in Belāpur and collaborating closely with operations, finance, and sales teams.
