Job Summary

Ecostan India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and highly responsible Accounts Manager to lead and manage the company's accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with solid knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial reporting, audits, and compliance.

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounting team, ensuring accurate financial records, managing statutory compliances, and providing financial insights to management for effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, train, and motivate the accounting and finance team.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Accounts & Finance department.
- Review and ensure accurate recording of all accounting transactions.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure timely completion of financial reports.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, cash flow statements, and other management reports.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders.
- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure proper reconciliation of customer, vendor, bank, and other accounts.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cost-control initiatives.
- Analyze financial data and provide meaningful reports and recommendations to management.
- Ensure accounting policies, internal controls, and procedures are properly implemented.




- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations.
- Support management in evaluating the financial impact of business decisions.
- Maintain accurate and complete financial records and documentation.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial management.
- Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation.
- Experience in handling audits and working with auditors and consultants.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and team-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.

Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering industry will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience managing an Accounts/Finance team will be preferred.
