Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong OEM backgroundpreferably from an Indian Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving enterprise account growth, managing key customer relationships, and promoting our cybersecurity product portfolio.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies: o SIEM o Log Management o Incident Response o Threat Intelligence o SOAR .

Account Management &

• Customer Engagement • Manage strategic enterprise and mid-market customer accounts.

- Build solid, long-term relationships with CISOs, security architects, IT heads, and key influencers.
- Conduct periodic reviews, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify expansion opportunities.

Enterprise

Sales &

• Business Development • Manage the full sales cyclefrom lead generation to closure.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets across SIEM and related security offerings.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across endpoint, network,



and cloud security solutions.
- OEM Collaboration &
- Channel Ecosystem • Collaborate closely with OEM pre-sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Engage with system integrators, MSSPs, and channel partners to support deal execution.
- Participate in OEM-led events, roadshows, and product enablement sessions. 4.

Solution

Knowledge &

• Technical Coordination • Develop strong understanding of SIEM, log management, threat analytics, SOAR, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Work with pre-sales teams to coordinate demos, PoCs, and workshops for customers.
- Position the product effectively against competitors in the security landscape. 5.

Delivery

Coordination &

• Customer Success • Ensure smooth onboarding and project execution with delivery and support teams.
- Track deployment progress, SLA adherence, and customer escalations.
- Drive renewals and long-term subscription engagements.
